Job Description Join us at Kensington Primary School, as an OSHClub Coordinator and lead a team of passionate Educators while making a real impact on the lives of children. This fulltime permanent role offering 38 hours per week, including 8 non-contact admin hours . You’ll work across split shifts, Monday to Friday: 6:30-9:00am (Rise then Shine) 2:00-6:00pm (Stay and Play) and 7:00am - 6:00pm (School Holiday Program). About the role As an OSHClub Coordinator, you’ll be leading a team of passionate Educators and overseeing an engaging before- and after-school program for children aged 5-12 years. This role is all about leadership: You’ll create and lead a dynamic, child-centered program, filled with exciting activities like STEM, sports, cooking, arts and crafts—all designed to inspire and engage. You’ll take full ownership of your team’s roster, manage day-to-day operations, ensure compliance, and handle admin tasks—all while fostering an environment of teamwork and growth.
